• Contact and booking details. Your name, email, phone number, company or production name, crew size, and the dates and spaces you inquire about or book.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We retain payment metadata such as amounts, status, and the last four digits needed for receipts and refunds.
• Documents. Signed rental agreements, waivers, and certificates of insurance you submit in connection with a booking.
• Usage data. Standard log and device information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected when you use the site.

• To process inquiries, scouts, bookings, payments, and refunds.
• To prepare and deliver agreements, receipts, and booking confirmations.
• To coordinate access, parking, and on-site logistics for your shoot.
• To communicate with you about your booking and respond to your requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve our services, and to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed to provide our services:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Google (Drive and Calendar) for document storage and booking scheduling.
• Email and e-signature providers for transactional messages and signed agreements.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of CinePacks, our customers, or others.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Booking and payment records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. You can opt out of non-essential email at any time. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
