Four fully designed permanent sets share the property, alongside a dedicated production office, green room, and makeup suite. Crews work end to end on one campus, from prelight to picture lock.

Free off-street parking for 12 vehicles, with overflow on Vineland Avenue. Street parking is unrestricted overnight.

Full overhead grid available. House lights are fully dimmable. Black-out drapes installed on all windows.
Sound
Soundproofed walls between sets. Acoustic-treated voiceover booth in the adjacent edit suite.
Space access
24/7 keypad access. A production manager is on-site weekdays 9 to 6.
Electrical
200A service. Dedicated 60A circuit for video village. Generator hookup on the south side.
House rules
No smoking, no open flame, no pyro without prior coordination. Pets considered case by case. Cleanup deposit refunded after walkthrough.
