Get full, exclusive access to a fully decorated retro home in East Hollywood, packed with vintage furniture and decor. Inside you have a living room, two bedrooms, a dining room, kitchen, and bathroom, plus a shed and a workshop/garage out back. Every room has its own distinct wallpaper and paint scheme, so you can pull a wide variety of looks from a single location. Every room has windows and a ton of natural light, which makes the house ideal for both photo and video shoots. Parking options: free onsite parking, paid onsite parking, free street parking, metered street parking, and a nearby parking lot. We can fit 3 to 4 cars in the driveway for free. Beyond that, there is free street parking down the block, free 2 hour parking and paid metered parking across the street, and a paid parking lot across the street.

Tons of natural light throughout the house during the day. Sheer curtains can diffuse and cut some of the light, but there are no blackout curtains, so the natural light cannot be fully blocked out. Because of the older electrical system, please avoid large lights (HMIs, 2Ks, Maxi Brutes, etc.). LED lights are perfectly fine.

The space is not soundproof. It is not on a busy street, so it stays relatively quiet for the most part, and you generally cannot hear the neighbors. Please keep things quiet at night as a courtesy to the neighbors, and be mindful of lights shining toward neighboring homes.

Crew access: ground floor and stairs. Loading: you can load in through the front or the back of the house. The driveway fits multiple cars for loading and unloading equipment. All rooms are available for shooting, and shooting the exterior of the building is allowed. There is no dedicated staging area.

The house does not have a modern circuit breaker. The electrical system is older and runs on multiple 15 amp fuses, and the breaker cannot be accessed by guests. There are a handful of outlets, at least one per room (the living room has 4). Most outlets are 2 prong only since it is an old house. Because of the older system, please avoid large lights (HMIs, 2Ks, Maxi Brutes, etc.). LED lights are fine.

General rules • No eating or drinking in the carpeted areas of the house. • No smoking inside the building. • No alcohol. • No guns or live weapons of any kind (prop guns are okay if first shown to our site rep). • No flammables or fire hazards (smoke bombs, candles, etc.). Allowed: all ages, smoke machines, and nudity. Trash: limited to 1 bag (13 gallons) per booking. Excess trash will incur a fee or must be hauled away by the guest. Failing to comply is an instant, non-negotiable $250 fee. Furniture: you may move furniture, but please move it back when you are finished. Certain props and furniture may change due to maintenance or damage. If you need a specific item, please confirm its availability or schedule a location scout in advance. Attendees: your attendee count should include crew, parents/guardians, agents, publicists, etc. There is an additional charge if you bring more attendees than you booked for. Condition: the property must be left in the same condition you entered it in. Any damage is passed on to production. Arrival: your booking time is when you are given access inside. Do not arrive or pull into the lot any sooner than 15 minutes before your booking time. If your booking starts at 10:00am, do not arrive any earlier than 9:45am. Our site rep arrives at the start of your booking, so please do not arrive early expecting to set up and shoot before then. If you need more time, book more time. Security: we have security cameras on site for the safety of our space and your production.

Cancel 7+ days before your start time for a full refund. Cancel inside 7 days and a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total applies, with the remainder refunded. Cancellations inside 24 hours of your start time are non-refundable.
